How long does an order take to ship?
This information is included in all product descriptions. We work hard to pack orders as quickly as is possible, and always endeavour to have orders sent well within the time frame provided as a guide. Fabrics can take 7 - 15 working days to arrive. If you are unsure of the status of your order, please log into your account, and view your order status. You may email our customer service team from the website or email directly to [email protected] for an update. Once your order has shipped an email will be sent to you with the Australia Post tracking information to track on the Australia Post website. An automated email will be sent from our administration to confirm your order has be shipped to you and any additional information included.
Customers in Western Australia: Your parcel can take up to 10 working days to arrive once shipped.
My order is saying "processing". What does this mean?
When your order is placed we send out an automated email to advise it has been received, and when we are beginning to process it. The items ordered will determine how long it will take before we can ship your order. Processing indicates we have your order being processed for picked, cutting and packing.
What is my order sent in?
Your order is wrapped to ensure it arrives to you in the condition you expect. Some fabrics are folded and shipped in plastic satchels, whilst larger quantities may be sent on a roll and wrapped in plastic.
I ordered some swatches but haven't received them yet.
Swatches can take 7-15 working days to arrive to you. These are usually shipped via Australia Post surface mail.
My order has been shipped, how can I track my order?
When we ship your order a order status email is sent to your registered address. This will include the name of the shipping company and the article ID number for you to track your order as it travels on the way to you. Sometimes this email can end up in your junk mail folder - please check the folder from time to time. Tracking will provide the expected delivery date. Unless you have requested otherwise, we require a signature on all deliveries. Sometimes the carrier will leave a calling card if they cannot deliver your parcel during the day. In this instance you may contact the carrier directly to collect or redeliver your parcel. If you have requested a safe drop at your location, the parcel will be left there and the tracking updated to delivered.
All responsibility remains with the receiver, if safe drop is requested.
Do you ship to New Zealand?
We ship orders to New Zealand via Australia Post International shipping and tracking. Your order is wrapped to ensure it arrives to you in the condition you expect. Fabrics are folded and shipped in plastic satchels. Fabrics are not supplied on the roll unless shipping is quotes separately for your consideration as most rolls are not accepted by post delivery. Shipping is calculated by weight and is provided at the checkout. It is important to check any duties or conditions prior to placing your order.
